In fact, we are an open source live chat, with built-in chatbots, from the very first line of code of our solution. Our Development team has a great experience with open source solutions. They started when they were university students. They after passed through the several years working as technical consultants.
💡💡💡Based on this experience, we built Tiledesk as an open source stack to accelerate innovation, drive standardisation and facilitate the sharing of technical experiences between hundreds of developers all around the world. A community of people that are passionate about messaging, live chat, chatbots, AI conversational platforms, open source and much more!
For more than a year we had a really active Community forum where all the members help each other in using our multichannel free live chat with built-in chatbots. They are also contributing to our open source project, reporting product bugs and technical issues.
📣📣📣 Anyway we are now feeling the need to be even closer to our Community and we are happy to announce that yesterday we have created our official server on Discord to talk about Tiledesk open source live chat + built-in chatbots.
You can now easily chat with Tiledesk development team and other developers that are using our multichannel free live chat with built-in chatbots.
We will use Discord also to share announcements mainly about feature releases. We’ll give also updates about our product roadmap, since we want our Community to be more and more involved in the building of a first-class open source AI Conversational platform.
