This means that you don’t have to use the import and export feature anymore to copy a chatbot from one project to another. You can simply click on the duplicate button on the chatbot section of the dashboard and choose the project that you want to copy the chatbot to. The chatbot will be duplicated in the selected project in seconds.

Another improvement that we’ve made to our dashboard is the option to customize the colors of different chat actors. As an Italian company, we care about design and colors as much as features and functionality. We want you to have a visually appealing and branded chat experience. Streamlined Onboarding Experience

Creating Second Project Automatically for a Better Experience

One of the things that we’ve improved in our onboarding process is the automatic creation of a second project for new users. This feature is especially useful for agencies or users who work for different brands. You can set up different projects for different websites or apps and switch between them easily. Tiledesk allows you to create multiple projects under the same email login, which makes it easier to manage chats for multiple clients.

When you sign up for Tiledesk, the second project will be automatically created for you. It will be called “My Awesome Project” or it will take your business domain as the name from the registration email.

No More “Pending Email Verification” Alert on Dashboard

Another thing that we’ve removed from our onboarding process is the pending email verification alert on the dashboard. We found out that most of our customers don’t need this alert and it only adds clutter to the dashboard. Now you can focus on your analytics, conversations, and chatbots without any distractions.
