How does the free trial work?

After you create an account, you have instant access to all the Tiledesk premium features for 14 days. During this period you can upgrade to a fully paid plan at any time.
You don’t need a credit card during the trial period.

What happens after the free 14-days trial?
Towards the end of the 14-day trial, we will email you to check if you want to upgrade. To continue using Tiledesk, you need to upgrade your project to one of our paid plans. If you need any help choosing the right plan, we’d be happy to assist you. Otherwise, your account will no longer be active, and all premium features will be disabled automatically.
How many AI Agents can I create?

The number of AI Agents you can create on Tiledesk depends on your subscription plan. With the Enterprise plan, you have the ability to create an unlimited number of AI Agents.

Can I use Tiledesk on several websites?
Yes, you can use Tiledesk chatbots and live chat on multiple websites.
What is a conversation?

A “Conversation” constitutes a distinct engagement between a Person and a Tiledesk chatbot or Agent, characterized by an exchange of messages within the Tiledesk Services. A ‘Conversation’ commences with the Person’s initial message and persists until it is formally concluded, either by being ‘Closed’ or ‘Resolved’

How the number of monthly conversations is calculated?
At Tiledesk, the number of monthly conversations is calculated by considering both the conversations handled by bots and live agents. Regardless of how many messages are sent in a single conversation, it is counted as one conversation.
What is an AI token?

An AI Token is the unit of measurement used to calculate the cost of artificial intelligence (AI) requests in our system. Each time you send a request to an AI model, such as a chatbot or virtual assistant, a certain number of tokens are consumed based on the complexity of the operation. The number of tokens needed depends on the length of the processed text and the type of AI model used.

What if I exceed my plan’s monthly token and conversation limits?
If you go over the conversation limit, the chatbot will stop functioning as it can’t handle any more conversations. If you reach the AI token limit, only the AI features will be disabled, and if you hit the email limit, no further emails will be sent. You can contact us to increase your monthly limits and ensure uninterrupted service.
Who are the users?
The users are your project’s teammates (such as admins, agents, etc.) who sign in to the dashboard or other Tiledesk apps to reply to your customers’ chats or configure the platform.
How can I get an invoice?
We will email you an invoice at the provided email address after each successful payment.
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and China UnionPay.
Is my subscription valid for multiple projects?
The subscription plan can be applied to only one project. If you need to apply it to multiple projects/workspaces we suggest you consider upgrading to the Plus plan.
Is there any contract required?
No, there are no contracts or hidden fees. You can cancel anytime.

Do I need to provide my credit card details to register?
We don’t require your credit card details to start your free trial. We’ll need them when your trial is over and you decide to upgrade to a paid plan. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Does connecting WhatsApp Business to Tiledesk cost extra?

According to Meta’s policies, additional charges may apply when connecting WhatsApp Business to Tiledesk. The costs are based on the number of messages sent as templates. The first 1,000 messages are free, but subsequent messages may incur a fee.
