How does the free trial work?
After you create an account, you have instant access to all TileDesk features on the PRO plan for 30 days. During this period you can upgrade to a fully paid plan at any time.
You don’t need a credit card during the trial period.
What happens after the free 30-days trial?
Towards the end of the 30 days we will email you and check if you want to upgrade. If you choose not to upgrade during the trial period, we will offer you the option to downgrade to the FREE package. The features of the PRO plan will be disabled automatically. You can continue to use the features of the Tiledesk FREE plan.
What are seats?
Seats are your project’s teammates (admins, agents, etc.) who sign-in into the dashboard or other Tiledesk apps to reply to your customer’s chats or configure the platform.
