How does the free trial work?
After you create an account, you have instant access to all the Tiledesk premium features for 14 days. During this period you can upgrade to a fully paid plan at any time.
You don’t need a credit card during the trial period.
What happens after the free 14-days trial?
Towards the end of the 14 days we will email you and check if you want to upgrade. If you choose not to upgrade during the trial period, we will offer you the option to downgrade to the FREE package. All the premium features will be disabled automatically. You can continue to use the features of the Tiledesk FREE plan.
How many chatbots can I create?
You can create as many chatbots as you need. Limits on the overall number of messages sent by the chatbots may apply.
How the number of monthly conversations is calculated?
The number of monthly conversations (or sessions) considers only the conversations handled by the bots. Conversations handled by live agents are excluded. If several messages are sent by the bot in the same conversation, it is still only counted once.
Can I use Tiledesk on several websites?
Yes, you can use Tiledesk chatbots and live chat on multiple websites.
Do I need to provide my credit card details to register?
We don’t require your credit card details to start your free trial. We’ll need them when your trial is over and you decide to upgrade to a paid plan. You can unsubscribe anytime.
What are seats?
Seats are your project’s teammates (admins, agents, etc.) who sign-in into the dashboard or other Tiledesk apps to reply to your customer’s chats or configure the platform.
How can I get an invoice?
We will email you an invoice at the provided email address after each successful payment.
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and China UnionPay.
Is my subscription valid for multiple projects?
The subscription plan can be applied to only one project. If you need to apply it to multiple projects/workspaces we suggest you consider upgrading to the Plus plan.
Is there any contract required?
No, there are no contracts or hidden fees. You can cancel anytime.
