This round of updates is focused on power and clarity — helping you design complex AI agents faster and more intuitively.
From visual improvements to multi-LLM support and debugging tools, here’s what’s new in Tiledesk:
Design studio just got more powerful (and colorful)
Colored blocks for better flow design
You can now assign colors to blocks in the Design Studio.
This makes it easier to visually organize your flows — especially when working on large projects with multiple logic paths. It’s a small change that makes a big impact.
Debug console: step-by-step flow visibility
We’ve added a debug console to the Design Studio.
Now you can see exactly what happens at each step in your automation, identify issues faster, and fix them without digging through logs.
Dynamic buttons via JSON
Need to show time slots for event bookings or similar use cases?
You can now create dynamic buttons using JSON, capture values like selected_time_slot and selected_date, and pass them into future actions.
This makes your AI agent flows far more interactive and flexible.
Support for multiple LLMs with the new “AI prompt” action
We’ve introduced a new action that lets you connect to different Large Language Models (LLMs) beyond ChatGPT.
You can now use:
-
Cohere
-
Google Gemini
-
Anthropic Claude
-
Grok
-
DeepSeek
-
Olama
Use the right model for the right job — and build stronger, more dynamic AI agents.
New GPT-4.1 model for “Ask Knowledge Base”
You can now use OpenAI’s GPT-4.1 with the Ask Knowledge Base action.
This model offers:
-
Higher reliability and consistency
-
Stronger reasoning capabilities
-
Faster and more efficient performance
Behind-the-scenes upgrades in the server
These core updates keep the Tiledesk engine running smoothly:
Track unanswered questions
We’ve added new endpoints to track questions your AI agent couldn’t answer — helping you find knowledge gaps and improve performance.
Smoother import/export for Knowledge Base
Importing or exporting KB content is now more stable and intuitive — helpful for teams that update content frequently or manage multiple environments.
Updated internal components
-
Messenger connector updated to 0.1.27 – improves integrations like Facebook Messenger
-
Multi-worker updated to 0.3.3 – better performance for background tasks
Cleaner log access
Accessing system logs has been improved for better debugging and transparency.
Visual and UX fixes
We’ve also polished a few rough edges in the Design Studio:
-
Fixed log panel behavior when stopping webhooks
-
Cleaned up collapsing rows in the widget logs view
-
Fixed CSS display issues for cleaner layouts
-
Improved image previews in action galleries
-
Flow connectors now behave correctly with true/false logic
-
The webhook detail panel now opens only when clicked (not when dragged)
With these changes, building, debugging, and scaling your AI agents just became a lot easier.
