More control over AI answers, user visibility, and team roles

We’ve made a series of updates to improve usability, transparency, and control — from smarter AI assistant settings to better user role management.

More control over how AI agents search content

You can now choose how your AI assistant retrieves content: full-text, semantic, or hybrid.
This gives you better control over how answers are generated from your knowledge base.

See exactly which content AI used

When previewing assistant answers, you’ll now see the exact content chunks pulled from your knowledge base.
This makes AI behavior more transparent and easier to fine-tune.

Better UI experience when managing roles

We’ve cleaned up the role management page by improving the accordion sections.
It’s now faster and easier to set permissions for new roles.

New access controls for teammates, groups, and roles

We’ve added a new section in role settings to manage visibility and access to teammates and groups.
You can now control who sees or manages:

  • The list of teammates

  • The list of groups

  • The list of roles

Why it matters:
These updates give you more precise control over who can access sensitive areas of your dashboard — especially useful for larger teams or multiple departments.

The verified badge now displays correctly

We fixed a display bug that affected the “verified” icon in the unassigned conversations section.
You’ll now see the badge properly, helping you quickly identify trusted users.
