This update includes a groundbreaking new feature that turns prompts into real actions across external tools, support for multiple LLMs in Ask Knowledge Base, and a round of important stability and usability improvements.

AI Agents Can Now Perform Actions with MCP

This is the most powerful feature we’ve released in a while.

With the new MCP (Multi-Connector Protocol), AI Agents are no longer limited to generating text. Now, with a single prompt, your AI can interact with external tools and perform tasks like:

  • Updating a Google Sheet

  • Sending an email via Gmail

  • Posting in Slack

  • Pulling product info from Shopify

  • And much more

You can configure MCP in two ways:

  • Inside the AI Prompt action

  • From the new Integrations section

This means your agents can now write, read, trigger, and automate workflows, opening up a whole new dimension of productivity. It’s not just smart conversation anymore — it’s actionable intelligence.

Ask Knowledge Base Now Supports Multiple LLMs

You can now choose between multiple language models when using the Ask Knowledge Base action.
This gives you flexibility to optimize performance, cost, and accuracy based on your needs.

Supported LLMs include:

  • OpenAI

  • Anthropic Claude

  • Google Gemini

  • Cohere

  • DeepSeek

  • Grok

  • …and more

Choose your preferred model directly in the AI Settings dialog.

Knowledge Base & File Support Updates

  • You can now upload .txt files directly when adding content to the Knowledge Base
    (Knowledge Base → Add Contents → Upload Files)

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Fixed an issue where some sidebar items didn’t become active when a query parameter was present

  • Fixed a bug that prevented non-real-time conversations and history from loading correctly with certain URL parameters

  • Resolved an issue where deleted groups were still visible in the department load balancing section

  • Corrected button color styling for those with visibility controls, ensuring proper font color display

  • Fixed the bug that prevented users from duplicating AI Agents
