This release brings a set of powerful updates to the Tiledesk platform, designed to help teams build, manage, and optimize conversational experiences more efficiently than ever before.
At the core of this release are new visibility tools like detailed flow and webhook logs, enhanced media capabilities for richer messaging, and expanded input support for more complex AI prompts. We’ve also introduced refinements to team and group management, improved how data is displayed across the dashboard, and fixed a range of UI and performance bugs to make your daily work smoother.
Let’s take a detailed look at what’s new, what’s been improved, and how these updates help you build smarter with Tiledesk.
New features
Flow and webhook logging: now more transparent
We’ve added dedicated logs for both conversation flows and webhook calls, giving you deeper visibility into how your automations are triggered and executed.
-
Flow Webhook Logs: Track webhook activity inside flows for better debugging and system monitoring
-
Flow Conversation Logs: Visualize how conversations move through your logic blocks, including transitions and decision points
Enhanced image handling in replies
Two new ways to display images in the dashboard and widget replies:
-
Image via URL: Add images directly using external links
-
JSON-based image carousel (json-gallery): Build dynamic galleries with multiple images in a single reply — perfect for showcasing products, options, or multi-step visuals
Better teammate and group management
-
Delete teammate: You can now remove users directly from the dashboard — useful for offboarding or cleaning up inactive members
-
Disable/restore groups: Temporarily turn off or bring back groups without deleting them
-
Group list refactor: Performance and layout improvements for easier navigation
Cleaner display of requester information
-
Truncated names: Long names are shortened to fit the layout, reducing UI overflow
-
Invalid email hiding: Prevents display of incomplete or unusable email entries in the requester view
Improvements
Ask Knowledge Base now displays KB name
When using the “Ask Knowledge Base” action, the name of the selected KB now appears clearly as the first visible element. This improves transparency while designing and helps avoid misconfigurations.
More powerful prompt input
The character limit for AI-related input fields (like cds-action-ai-prompt, askgpt, gpt-assistant, etc.) has been increased from 10,000 to 100,000 characters, giving you more room for complex instructions and system messages.
Smarter numeric input display
In number-based fields, large numbers now include thousands separators (e.g., 1,000 instead of 1000), improving readability and reducing mistakes during configuration.
Bug fixes
Voice menu compatibility
Previously, a missing subtype in a voice menu could cause compatibility issues. This has now been resolved — menus work properly regardless of whether a subtype is set.
Connector visibility issues
-
Missing connector labels after page refresh: Labels now persist correctly, even after reloading the page
-
Hidden connectors reappearing after refresh: If a connector is hidden, it stays hidden — avoiding layout clutter and confusion
Drag-and-drop behavior
-
Action menu submenu disappearing: Dragging and returning to the action menu no longer causes the submenu to vanish prematurely
-
Start intent dragging issue: Dragging the “Start” block no longer opens its detail view unintentionally. Clicking opens the detail; dragging moves the block.
AI Agent creation fix
Creating an AI Agent directly from the Knowledge Base page is now fully functional and reliable.
This release sharpens nearly every part of the Tiledesk experience — giving you more visibility, stronger design flexibility, and smoother day-to-day workflows.
