Tiledesk update: WhatsApp self‑provisioning, AI model upgrades, and a new widget

We’re back with another round of powerful updates that make Tiledesk even more intuitive and flexible — from smoother WhatsApp onboarding to new AI model integrations and a redesigned chat widget experience.

WhatsApp Onboarding: Now Self-Provisioning

Connecting your WhatsApp Business Account to Tiledesk is now easier than ever.

What’s new:
We’ve introduced self-provisioning onboarding via OAuth, eliminating the need for manual configuration.

Why it matters:
Previously, connecting a WhatsApp number to Tiledesk required complex setup steps, making it difficult and time-consuming for businesses. Now, you can authorize access and complete setup in just a few clicks — no technical support needed.

This is a huge leap forward in usability for all teams working with WhatsApp.

WhatsApp Broadcasts – New Dashboard Section

You’ll now see a new “WhatsApp Broadcast” option in the left menu of the Tiledesk Dashboard.

With this feature, you can send a templated message to a large group of contacts directly from your WhatsApp Business Account.

Ideal for:

  • Announcements

  • Order updates

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Event reminders

Everything is designed for scale, compliance, and ease of use.

New Chat Widget Experience

We’ve released a new version of the Tiledesk Widget with major UX improvements.

Key Features:

  • Users can now minimize, expand, or center the chat widget on screen
(perfect for larger content or structured flows)

  • Cleaner interface for embedded chatbot panels
    (header/footer removed when needed)

This gives end users more control over how they interact with your AI Agent, improving accessibility across different screen sizes.

New AI Models Supported

We’ve expanded the options available in the AI Prompt action inside Design Studio.

You can now choose from a broader range of LLMs (Large Language Models), including:

  • Cohere

  • Google Gemini

  • Anthropic Claude

  • Grok

  • DeepSeek

  • Ollama

This gives teams more flexibility and control over how their AI Agent responds, especially in multi-language or domain-specific contexts.
