Here’s what’s new across the Tiledesk platform this week – with updates to the Server, Dashboard, and AI Agent creation experience. We’ve introduced powerful new features, refined the UX, and squashed a few bugs to keep your workspace smooth and efficient.
New feature
Add to Knowledge Base
We’ve rolled out a powerful new action in Design Studio: “Add to Knowledge Base.”
This action lets you automatically generate and upload content into your Knowledge Base during a flow – using text, documents, or URLs. It’s ideal for building self-training flows, where user or agent-submitted content can be stored and reused to make your AI Agents smarter over time.
You can define the target Knowledge Base, provide the input, and the system takes care of the rest. This opens up a whole new way to enrich your KB dynamically, based on real interactions.
Improvements
AI Agent creation from Knowledge Base (Dashboard)
You can now create an AI Agent directly from the Knowledge Base page with one click – no extra steps needed. This makes it much easier to go from static content to a fully working agent.
Bug fixes
📌 Server – Reindex fix: A bug where reindexing was also applied to simple text contents has been resolved.
📌 Dashboard – AI Agent creation bug: We fixed an issue where AI Agent creation wasn’t working properly from the Knowledge Base page. It now functions as expected.
📌 Design Studio – Log panel fix: Previously, the log viewer didn’t close after stopping a test. It now closes automatically, keeping the interface clean.
📌 JSON Buttons box resizing: The editing box for JSON buttons can now be resized, which is especially useful when dealing with longer or nested content.
📌 JSON Buttons preview display: We’ve fixed a preview issue where JSON buttons didn’t appear correctly. Now, the preview view matches the actual output.
