This release includes:
- A brand new import/export feature for the Knowledge Base, making content management faster and more scalable
-
A fix for scheduled tag actions, so your analytics stay consistent and accurate
-
An update to the Twilio voice connector, improving transcription and language detection
Whether you’re building voice bots, analyzing conversations, or scaling your support content, these updates are here to make your workflow smoother.
Knowledge base import/export – dashboard
Managing your knowledge base just got easier.
With the release of Dashboard version 2.7.107, you can now import and export knowledge base content directly from the interface.
This new feature allows you to:
-
Export your existing knowledge base into a structured format (e.g. for backup or migration)
-
Import articles in bulk, making it easier to move content between environments or get started quickly
Whether you’re migrating your setup or collaborating with other teams, this feature will save you time and streamline content management.
Bug fix – reliable tag scheduling in analytics
Tiledesk’s Analytics allows teams to organize and monitor conversations using tags added automatically via bot actions. In some cases, scheduled tagging through the AddTags action was not working as expected, leading to missing or incomplete data in reports.
This issue has now been fixed: tags are properly recorded when triggered by scheduled actions, making your analytics more reliable and meaningful.
Voice bot improvement – Twilio connector
The new version of the Twilio connector brings improvements to voice bot interactions.
Specifically, we fixed:
-
Language detection issues, which sometimes failed to correctly identify the caller’s language.
-
Transcription reliability, ensuring more accurate conversion from speech to text.
These changes make voice-based conversations with your AI agents smoother and more natural, especially for multilingual use cases.
