Without a doubt, the domain of conversational AI is one of the most rapidly evolving technologies. Every day, new features are being released, and an increasing number of companies are starting to use AI to automate their business conversations, workflows, and processes, thereby boosting sales and marketing.
We are thrilled to see how our customers are leveraging our service to enhance their Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and boost the productivity of their customer support teams.

Enhanced Knowledge Base Capabilities:

New Integrations:
Leverage ChatGPT-4o for enhanced communication
After the release of OpenAI’s new model, ChatGPT-4o, we tested the model and achieved some remarkable results. It can process data more effectively and provide faster responses. We decided to rapidly integrate it into the Tiledesk dashboard.
We are proud to be among the few conversational AI companies that offer a native integration, allowing customers to utilize its power.
Now, by clicking on the “Ask Knowledge Base” action, you will see ChatGPT-4o listed among the other models.

Knowledge is power. That’s why we’ve worked diligently on our knowledge base system to provide a better experience for your users.
A significant new improvement is the ability to select the appropriate knowledge base for each bot/block.
This feature helps prevent your bot from getting confused with different sources, which could lead to inaccurate responses.
By clicking on the “Ask Knowledge Base” action, you’ll now see a new option called “Choose Knowledge Base” in the right side menu.
This method ensures your bot accesses the correct source to respond accurately to your customer inquiries.
