What’s new in Tiledesk – better AI flows, clearer logs, and more control

We’ve released a series of updates focused on clarity, control, and a smoother building experience — for both builders and admins.

Here’s what’s new or improved across the platform:

Build smarter AI flows with less friction

Setting up AI blocks just got easier.

  • Prompts are now easier to edit and update in GPT blocks

  • “Chunks” and other advanced AI settings are now handled more smoothly

  • AI blocks are sorted alphabetically when connecting flows — no more searching

Better logs for faster debugging

Logs now clearly show when a chatbot or webhook starts and stops.
You can also control the level of detail shown in the logs — super helpful for troubleshooting without extra noise.

Cleaner webhook behavior

Webhooks are now created only when needed, reducing unnecessary entries and simplifying your workflow.

Simplified voice model setup

We’ve made it easier to configure both speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) voice models.
Less time spent setting up means more time optimizing conversations.

Small but mighty fixes

  • Fixed an issue where editing a GPT block didn’t properly save prompt changes

  • Typos like “aplpha” are now corrected

  • UI and preview bugs in flow editor have been polished for a smoother experience

Dashboard updates for admins

Customize your email templates

Admins can now edit email templates directly from the Dashboard.
That means more control over the messages your users receive — without needing developer help.

Secure enterprise login support

We’ve added a new environment setting to support OAuth2-based logins, used in enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) systems.
